Diane CoxThe Micromarketeer is the brain child of Diane Cox.  Diane has been an entrepreneur for thirty three years, but only recently did she learn that she is a micro entrepreneur, running a micro enterprise.

What does that mean?  It means that she has a business with less than 5 employees, started it with less than $30,000 start-up capital (way less!) and that her business grosses less than $500,000 per year.

This is a rapidly growing niche in America today.  More and more people are relying on the native ingenuity that has always characterized our citizens and starting their own businesses.

As these folks move into the marketplace, they are aware of how important a web presence is, but they are also pressed for two important things – time and money!

The Micromarketeer was formed to help these business people to maintain their web presence and build it incrementally, as they can afford it.

It’s no secret that blogging is a big asset to drawing traffic to your website.  We install a combination of WordPress and Thesis_17, which allows you to have the usual pages you see on most websites, but to also maintain a blog about your business on the same site.  This gives you a tool to draw people back to your site for repeat visits.  Part of our basic installation for you is an simple explanation of how to do the most basic things that you may want to alter about your new site, such as color schemes, images,  how many columns to show, how to add links to other sites and most important, how to code each page and post for search engines.

Once your business budget gets stronger, you can continue to add enhancements as you find a need for them.  We have a price list with some of the enhancements you may want and we have examples of installations on other sites.

We want to partner with you to create the web presence you’ve dreamed about, one that can be managed in fifteen minutes a day, or less.
